End of Year Health Challenge Kick-Off!
The Health Challenge as begun! There is still time to sign up if you want to join. And please feel free to use the InBody machine at the gym for a free body scan, even if you aren’t doing the challenge!
Reminder:
How this works: Enter your name into the linked google doc to sign up (you can conveniently see the total prize purse continue to grow as people sign up, just to the left of the sign up sheet). Then at the end of each week on Sunday evening, add your total points for the week into the associated column and send either an email or screenshot of your weekly points (second sheet in the linked google doc) to the gym so we can keep tally as well! Read through all the sheets within the shared google doc and let us know if you have any questions! We had roughly 40 people do the challenge last year, and we think we can beat that this year! Sign up, get locked in, and win some $$$.
*You will notice quite a few ways to earn points in this challenge. This a reminder that we are not encouraging anyone to workout 7x a week and be so strict with their lifestyles that they have the worst December ever. Instead, these categories of ways to earn points are meant to provide a holistic look at what we all could be thinking about daily to help us be healthier – and a major part of that equation IS balance. That being said, it is a challenge so push yourselves accordingly 🙂

Thank you to everyone who helped us fill almost 2 barrels worth of donated foods over the past two weeks! Continuing to find ways to give back to our local community is a focus for our gym and we are very grateful for everyone who allows us to do that by donating their time and resources!

December Programming Focuses
The final month of 2025 is upon us, so let’s get ready to work hard! This month, our main goal is to continue putting out fun workouts that get you all excited to be in the gym, even as the holidays get crazy. We’ll kick things off with one chipper-style workout each week. The chipper is a classic CrossFit workout format, and they’re always fun to “chip away” at, so completing one per week will definitely be something to look forward to! We’ll also continue incorporating strength and skill pieces to maintain progress before starting our first strength cycle of 2026.
Keep an eye out for some standout workouts this month! First up is our Hero Workout: Glen, and boy oh boy, it’s a doozy! We’ll also see the return of our three NCFIT holiday workouts: 12 Days of Xmas, Naughty or Nice, and Deck the Wall Balls. Finally, we’re introducing two new New Year’s Eve/Day workouts to help us end the year with a bang and start the new one with one too!
Let’s keep the momentum going into 2026 by staying consistent and continuing to train with purpose through the holiday season!
